Angel (ahng-hehl) is a mexican american that grew up in both the warm and sunny days of Ensenada bay in Baja and the cool breeze and wave crashing sounds of America’s finest city San Diego, California. Naturally talented in sports, the love for an active lifestyle was inherited from his parents; showing a passion for volleyball, soccer, ping-pong and extreme activities. His talent took him to many national tournaments ending in excellent schools, where he became an Engineer following with a Masters degree.
Work gave him the opportunity to relocate to Portland Oregon were he has grown professionally, mentally and spiritually. His new home makes him enjoy hobbies and life a bit more. Personal health, through exercise, diet and some type of meditation, is more like a lifestyle than a hobby, compared to his other interests such as music, motorcycles, gear, photo/video’ graphy, travel and food.
Lifetime experiences, challenges and triumphs have shaped me into the person I’m today, confident, resilient and disciplined to pursue new goals but staying humble to absorb life’s moments and turn them into wisdom.
